In today’s rapidly evolving landscape, the insurance industry finds itself at the intersection of disruption, innovation, and change management. However, this transformation is not without its challenges, as insurers encounter resistance from within and outside their organizations. Overcoming obstructionism is crucial for the industry to thrive in the face of disruption.
